AMANDA RUBIO
Amanda has been teaching yoga for 12 years, with a practice rooted in strength, mobility, and mindfulness. An E-RYT 500, she brings that same mix of focus and curiosity to the rest of her life, balancing yoga with a career as a Director of Sales in the legal services world, plenty of travel, exercise, and time with her husband, two cats, and friends. Her classes are grounded and purposeful, with enough challenge to keep things interesting and enough room to actually notice what’s happening in your body.

ASH ROENIGK
Ash is a 200-hour RYT, Yin Yoga teacher, sound therapist, Reiki practitioner, tarot reader, and lifelong explorer of the mystical and embodied. She’s taught everywhere from Sneha Collective and Yoga for the People to Flo Yoga Studio, Total Balance Fitness, Puppies & Yoga, and OM Lounge Studios. Off the mat, she’s a conscious dance DJ and burgeoning music producer, and she brings that musical sensibility into classes that weave together movement, sound, breath, and curiosity. Her classes are strong, dynamic, and beat-driven, with plenty of room to get out of your head and into your body.

BILL FULLER
Bill came to yoga in 2010 as a counterpoint to years of kitchen work and distance running . A 200-hour certified yoga teacher, his approach brings together strength, mobility, breathwork, meditation, and a healthy appreciation for having some fun while figuring out what our bodies can do. Expect thoughtful Vinyasa sequences that build in intensity, make room for respite and restoration, and occasionally indulge Bill’s enduring love of backbends, twists, and a good Namaskar. Off the mat, he’s an executive chef, gardener, and devoted companion to Daisy, his beloved three-legged Cattle Dog.

BRENDA BROAD
Brenda has been practicing yoga for more than two decades, across six countries and in four languages. A graduate of Sneha’s teacher training, she is an RYT 200 with the Yoga Alliance and CYT 300 with the World Yoga Federation, and has taught more than 250 classes spanning Vinyasa, Hatha, restorative, and Yin. Her goal is to create inclusive environment where everyone's abilities are honored and nervous systems become more regulated. Outside Yoga Room, Brenda works in talent strategy, helping organizations and societies around the world thrive through their people.

CAIT SCHIENEMAN
A Pittsburgh native, Cait is a trauma-informed 200-hour yoga teacher, movement teacher, lifestyle coach, therapist, and mother of two. She brings her background in counseling psychology, holistic health, astrology, and somatic practices into movement classes that are spacious and focused on energetic circulation. Cait has also taught private movement classes for four years, including at Sneha and Steel City Yoga.

CHRISTINA BEGGAN
A New Jersey native now happily rooted in Pittsburgh, Christina found yoga during a season of transition and discovered a practice that helped her feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected. A 300-hour certified yoga teacher with the World Yoga Federation, she creates encouraging classes that invite students to slow down, tune in, and explore the present moment with curiosity. Her teaching is warm and welcoming, with a particular talent for making people feel seen, supported, and right at home.

JULIA DIPIETRO
Julia has been teaching yoga around Pittsburgh since 2024, leading hundreds of practices rooted in Hatha, Power Vinyasa, meditation, and Yin. A 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certified through Sacred Paths Yoga and a 100-hour Yoga Nidra Facilitator certified through Yandara Yoga School, she brings both movement and stillness into her teaching. Her classes are fun and soulful, with plenty of attention to the poses and the philosophy behind them. Off the mat, Julia makes art — illustrating children’s books, painting, and generally finding reasons to make things.

LONNI RIVERA
Lonni is a longtime yoga teacher, storyteller, and Pittsburgh transplant who first found yoga in 2003 while working as a TV news reporter in Austin. She holds 200-hour certifications in both Vinyasa and Iyengar yoga, along with 50 hours of Yin training, and has continued studying across yogic traditions. Her classes combine thoughtful sequencing, breathwork, alignment, humor, and warmth, with a focus on making yoga approachable, playful, and relevant to everyday life. Outside of yoga, the self-proclaimed “travel addict” is likely to be found exploring new places and/or enjoying the company of her family.

SYDNEY SHOFF
With 300+ hours of yoga training, a year-long mindfulness meditation training, and ongoing studies in somatics, theology, literature, art, regenerative living, and entrepreneurship, Sydney taps a wide array of wisdom to create accessible, grounding experiences that leave you feeling more connected to yourself, your dear ones, and the world around you.
Off the mat, Sydney is the founder of Sol Refill, a Pittsburgh delivery service working to eliminate single-use plastics from everyday essentials. She is also the very busy mother of twin toddlers.

THUAN PHUNG
Thuan grew up in California, came to Pittsburgh by way of Seattle, and has been dancing ballet for most of her life. She’s a Mat Pilates instructor certified through Lates Pilates, and brings a dancer’s attention to alignment, mobility, control, and the joy of exploring what the body can do. By day, she works in software engineering management; outside of work, she’s an active ballet dancer dipping her toes back into contemporary and tap. A lifelong mover, Thuan wants to make movement more accessible and her classes, in her words, are “stretchy and flexy.”
